How did you discover you do/don't dump on sugar?

I am almost 16 weeks postop. I have avoided sugar for the most part but have had it in OJ and other juices, especially early on. Last night I had dinner out and part of the meal was baked beans. I ate about 2 or 3 spoonfuls in the course of the meal (not all at once). Later on my husband said "I'm surprised you ate them, they must be loaded with sugar or molasses or something." I tasted them again and it was pretty clear they were loaded with something sugar-y. It hadn't dawned on me before that but now I'm wondering how much sugar it takes to figure out if you dump or not. I don't dump, per se, on fat but if I eat enough of it I start to feel pretty queasy.
