Flying at 12 weeks post-op, anything I should be concerned about??

I am flying to Florida on Saturday, just wondered if I should be concerned about anything like blood clots in my legs or increased altitude sickness? I am just over 12 weeks post-op lap rny. Have flown a lot pre-op without any anxiety but having some fears at this point about being nauseated or vomiting. Insight needed and appreciated!
