i started out at 362, i want to weigh 135-150, i'm scared that i wont get there?
i am 5'1 and i started out at 362lbs and i am scared that i wont get to my goal weight of 135-150lbs. i feel like i am running out of options to eat cause i dont know how to cook and all i know is fast food. and i cant eat that now. i have been eating eggs and tuna, but im tired of that, now im starting to snack all day and not eat food. i cant get motivated to work out or walk, some1 please give me suggestions? is there any1 out there who weighed 360lbs or more and is only 5'1 or closer and has gotten to 135-150?
