Anyone denied by BCBSNC and then approved?

I got a call from the surgeons office telling me I was denied because of something the pshycologist put in her papers-something about an exercise program...do you think I should appeal or am I wasting my time..? I am quite bummed right now because I was denied last year by another ins. company, now this...:(
