I need to find Ins policy @ decent price that covers WLS

I personally have insurance and am having my surgery in 13 days. My sister-in-law has been wanting this surgery for about 4 years now, but doesn't have insurance due to her owning her own business. I'm having a hard time finding resources to find a decent priced insurance company to purchase a policy through that will utimatly cover WLS. She plans on keeping this policy as long as she owns her business but would like the help from an insurance company in paying for WLS. Can anyone offer any help?
