I am 60 pounds from goal. I have lost 137 pounds in 8 months. I am not losing

much weight. About 2 to 3 pounds a month and I walk 3 miles 5 times a week and eat 1000 to 1200 calories a day. Should I only eat protein at night to make my body start losing again. I have went from 360 to 223, but cannot lose much more. What should I do? Crash Diet?
