I am having a hard time finding a doctor in the Cigna Ohio /Cleveland HMO group...

all of cigna's info is listed under general surgery but I am having a very hard time finding a surgeon in the Cleveland HMO.....anyone have any input? We wanted to go w. dr. needleman in Columbus but we will need an extra approval to leave our HMO area.....any help would be greatly appreciated....thanks in advance....
