How long does it take to see any body changes post-op?

I had LAP-RNY (distal) 2 months ago and have lost 72 lbs (and 30 inches) in the first 6 weeks post-op. I see absolutely NO changes in my body after losing 72lbs!! I mean, I know I have alot of weight to lose, but to see no change at all?? How can this be?? How long does it take to see any body changes post-op?
