Has anyone experienced certain pain from flying and altitude?

I was flying to Florida from California, first time flying since my surgery... had horrible pains went to ER in orlando, nothing, had to do emergency flight back within 30 hours went to UC DAVIS THEN back to UCSF, was admitted for over a week, i came out in tests as a perfect post op and nothing was ever discovered to cause that pain. I was flying above normal according to the captain of the plane also... anyone experience this... they have ruled out that it had to do w/ the surgery because nothing came up in the tests, but ??? something was wrong w/ me and thought i would see if anyone else experienced pains when flying w/ the altitude??? thanks much.
