Is Enterex Diabetic drinks with fiber ok to use post-op?

I am pre-op but am looking at all my options. I got 2 cans of Enterex Diabetic Chocolate & Vanilla drinks in the mail, since they are sugar free I was wondering if they're okay to drink post-op? 1 8 oz. can has 11.9g protein, they are high in total carbs though-26.7g per can and 9.1g total fat. I am just starting to read about Real Meals, and have yet to see the dietician...any suggestions or comments welcome...thanks
