Help! My surgeon doesn't accept BCBS PPO!

Does anyone know of any (good, experienced!) Florida surgeons that accept BCBS PPO (State of Florida Employee insurance)? I was hoping to have US Bariatrics do my surgery, but they require the whole amount up front ($10,000) before they will even submit to my insurance...
