Weight Training and Weigh Ins
Hi all, I am returning to the gym this week (am almost 5 weeks postop) and will slowly incorporate weight training into my routine. I have done weight training in the past and I know it has a profound affect on body fat percentage as well as losing inches. However, I know that the scale begins to become useless as a measurement. Since that is what my dr uses, I'm afraid of what impact it will have on what is looked at as my "progess". Anyone else have this issue?
