Any one else feel like they can eat larger amounts of food?

I am 6 1/2 months post op RNY. I have lost 125 pounds. I have been very careful and only eaten what I am supposed to and I have always measured everything and kept track of everything that goes into my mouth. Within the last few weeks I feel like I could eat everything in sight. I am not hungry and that is scaring me. Today for lunch I had a cup of chicken noodle soup, a piece of toast and a doughnut. I just felt like I couldn't get enough to eat. Then at other times I eat 2-3 bites and want to throw up. I know that I shouldn't have eaten the doughnut, but they were there and well, you know the whole drill. I just wanted to know if it scares anyone else that they can eat more than they thought they could and any suggestions to get back on track. I lost weight pretty quickly in the beginning, 125 in 6 months, but haven't lost in 3 weeks. Thanks for your help.
