What is this terrible pain in my right side after eating?

Everytime I eat, I get a terrible pain in my right side that radiates around to my back, i have had my gallbladder out for a long time so I know its not that. Its pretty painful. It doesnt feel like gas and my bm's are fine (well I have several a day which seems a little unusual for gastric bypass patients. I am 11 months post op and have lost 165 lbs. Is this a normal pain or should I call my doc. It started about a month ago sometimes its worse than others.. the past 3 meals its really bothered me more than usual.
