Questions for Surgeons

I've read a few posts and a few profiles with lists of questions for the surgeon and of course my appt is tomorrow and I can't find it. I have a bunch of my own but read quite a few I hadn't thought of. Can anyone share some questions or point me to a few lists? I'll compile and post it to my page after I use it. Thank you!!!
