Now that it is so much colder outside, I'm having a hard time drinking my water.....

It just give me a chill. Also, my main source of protein are in the protein shakes which are delicious in the summertime -- refreshing! But now that it's cold I find it harder to get in my water and my protein shakes. Any suggestions? Should I be drinking hot tea for example? Also, how do I get my protein in in the form of powder other than mixing it in a shake? Help! I'm lacking here.
