Has anyone with BC/BS of MI had wls?

Hi there :o) I have BC/BS of MI (Traditional) through General Motors and I'm getting very worried that I would be approved because my BMI is only 41? I have hypertension, gerd, acute back problems, asthma, stress incontinence. Has anyone with the bmi close to mine been approved for surgery???? Please let me know your experience?
