I would appreciate any information on Midwest Security Insurance

I have been researching this sight for over a year, and now I finally have insurance coverage. The only thing listed in the policy conditions for weight loss is it does not cover anything experimental. I would appreciate any comments anyone may have. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I really feel surgery is my answer.
