WLS Friendly PCP in SF Bay/East County Area?

To follow up on my previous "PCP withdrew" post. I welcome any suggestions for WLS Friendly PCP in the SF Bay/Oakland area including Contra Costa County, Alameada County and South Bay. I have Blue Cross POS so I can see anyone in the network but will take all suggestions. Thanks much.
