Considering the tummy tuck now that I'm a year post-op, even tho I said I never would

I'm a postal worker, one year post op, I do quite a bit of heavy lifting, tugging, very active job, etc. Can you give me a "guesstimate" of how long I would be out if I decide on the tummy tuck? Will I have to return on limited or light duty, say, after 30 days absence? Just trying to get an idea of what to expect..........Thanks.
