Anyone in Richmond VA?

I'm scheduled for lap surgery on 11/21/02 and would really like to meet/talk to someone in the Richmond, VA area. I live in Chesterfield and am really starting to get nervous. My pre-op is this Friday 11/8. My surgeon is Dr. Gary Harrington.
