Has anyone taken Bean-o post op for gas / diarreha?

I am 5 months out and have gone into the hospital with some upper chest pain, back and abdominal discounfort. Wasn't a heart attack. Thinking it's from gas being trapped?????? Has anyone taken bean-o to relieve that feeling? Thanks for the answers.
