Is HTN abbreviation for Hypertension???

Hi Guys, me again :o) On one of my referrals from my DR., she has my diagnosis and there's one word I don't understand. She wrote HTN. Is this abbreviation for Hypertension or does anyone have any idea what this means? Thanks a bunch Guys! Josii*
