Has anyone been to Dr. David Giles or UCONN Health Center in Connecticut?

I am scheduled for my initial consult at the UCONN Health Center in Farmington, Connecticut. I cannot find any information concerning the surgeons at this facility. If anyone has had any WLS experience with either the UCONN Health Center or Dr. David Giles... any information would be appreciated.
