Experienced hot flashes almost hourly and head ache daily?

I am 4 months out, open transected, down 75 pounds and feeling diffrent. I am experiencing hot flashes almost hourly. I don't have to eat or drink anything so it's not dumping, and having head ache for 1.5 weeks. It eases up but never leaves. Could this be a hormonal thing since the weight loss? Any sugestions.?????? I am eating and drinking fine. Thanks in advance.
