Need some advice I am three and 1/2 months out and have only lost 70lbs.

I exercise regularly, have a personal trainer. I recently have modified my eating habits and 6lbs came off, but this week nothing, not even a 1/2 pound. I really need some advice on getting off this plateau. I am averaging about 700-900 cals. a day. I workout five days a week, although I recently hurt myself so my cardio training has been limited. I am at my wits end with how to kick start the weightloss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
