Does anyone have any ideas for snacks to curb craving for sweets ??

I need something I can pick up at the grocery store for a quick sweet snack. when checking nutritional value everything has too too many sugars and I am not sure how many sugars we are allowed at a meal or snack. I had an open RNY 7/1/02 and i dont want to eat anything I shouldnt. Thanks for any help!!!!
