Ok i know this is silly but I weigh in @ 557

I have been put on a 1000 calorie diet and i know i have lost weight since my last visit, I am suppose to lose down to 500 before i get a date...I have to go into the nutritionists office to get weighed and thats the same day i go back to surgeon....I need to know if anyone can give me an ideal of how many inches lost equals in pounds?....overall i have lost a total of 72 inches....Anyone got any clues?????....Thanks
