How Many people are happy w/ there Surgery?

OK I read everyone post and answers. You have me all scared. I would like to have this surgery. Is there anyone happy w/ there surgey and doesn't have problems w/ the nutrion or other health issue. Please I would like both good and bad feed back. thank you shannon
