I am thrilled with my weight loss, 11.5 weeks out and 54 lbs gone!
But I have noticed a good bit of saggy skin. Especially on my upper thighs and upper arms. I see many of you talk about Pilates, will this help?? I would love any suggestions to help me. I don't belong to a gym but I did get a Pilates tape on E bay. I would like to try to go without surgery if I can. My starting weight was 331. Help!! and let me thank you all in advance :)
