I am trying to find out how much the surgery costs and how much BCBS of FL will cover

I am using Dr. John Nye here in Pensacola, FL. If anyone out there has used him, email me and tell me your experience. I am really wanting to know how much this surgery costs...or does it depend on what surgery I am having?
