Does anyone know of anywhere in Louisiana that accepts Louisiana Medicaid?

I am trying to find out information on Louisiana Medicaid covering Bariatric surgery. I have called several hospitals, and have been told that this is something that was recently dropped by Medicaid. I am in the process of getting ss disability, and was told that Medicare would take two years to take effect after I was approved. Can anyone help me on the Medicaid situation. Thank You.
