I feel like I am slower than slow. I was hoping someone out there with
similar stats, could tell me how long it took to reach their goal, and what role exercise played in geting there. I am 11 weeks out. I started at 240 BMI of 40, and I have lost 32 pounds to date. I'm 38 years old,I always get my protein and water in and usually have 700 to 800 calories a day. I know we all want the scale to move faster, I just would like to know that I will eventually get "there". Thanks, Christi
