Anyone find that suddenly at 4 months they can eat more?
OK... I'm just looking for some support so that I can stop freaking out and worrying. I've been doing great - I'm 4 1/2 months, and have lost 60 lbs. But - 2 weeks ago I was at 214 now I'm at 218, my measurements haven't changed. I'm noticing too that I can eat more, that it takes more to fill me up, feel satisfied. Here's what I ate yesterday: 1 1/2 slices toast, cheese and crackers for am snack, 1/2 a double cheeseburger from McD (unusual, craving a burger for over a week, you get to a point that you eat it just to be done with it!), cheez-its for a pm snack, salad at dinner, few bites of a chix wrap for dinner (1/3 of it, chix, veggies, tortilla, dressing), that's it. Before if I ate the salad at dinner, forget having anything else! Drinking tons of water. I'm having a really tough time doing protein in the morning too. , so am doing toast right now. Ugh. Someone tell me that it's just a plateau, that I'm ok, that this is completely normal, that I'm not a complete mess-up. I do need to get my butt to the grocery store and get some of my good protein snacks - cottage cheese, regular cheese, yogurt, etc. Life is just crazy busy at this moment. Any advice, ideas? Sorry to be rambling!!!
