MVP PPO of NY State. Does anyone have the Golub Corp Plan. I have questioned

several times and they keep telling me that the surgery will be 100% if the Dr. (Singh)and the facility(Albay Med) are both participating (they are) I am just concerned I could get huge bill after the fact. Any one else have this ins/qustion/answer?
