Scale for weighing @ 400 lbs

Does anyone know where I could buy a scale that weighs people @ 400lbs in grand rapids, michigan area, or know where I could order one via mail? ......please i am desperate at this point. my surgery is 6-4-02 @ 1pm. I really need this badly..........anyone please
