Need Your Advice on accepting Southern Health Insurance...

I currently have Trigon Keycare and they have been great. I only have about 12 months left on my previous employers policy (paying out of pocket) and have gotten insurance with my new job with Southern Health. I've seen in the Insurance database this organization is not the best at approving the initial WLS surgery. Has anyone out there had plastic surgery done after losing weight with this company? How difficult were they to deal with during this round? Thank you for all your input.
