About how long does it take for Walter Linstrom take on a medical necessity appeal?.

I know answers may vary. I'm looking for a general timeframe even though after the denial I'm prepared to wait as long as I have to. From the time I submit my documentation to him until the time my insurance responds, would it be within, say, 6 months???
