Was Denied Need Any Info I can Get to Fight This!

I was just denied by my insurance for WLS. There is a written Exclusion in the contract. I am appealing now and I am looking into getting a Lawyer....I could use any info on how others got there insurance to pay especially if they had a written exlcusion in there contract.
