What were you post-ops eating at 1 week out from surgery?

I am now one week post-op and was wondering what everybody else was eating at this time after your surgery and what were the amounts? I only eat 1oz of cottage cheese 3 times per day and 1 oz of protein shake (makes me gag) 2 times per day and Im sooooo listless. Any info would be great..Thanks Guys
