Has anyone with any type of KIDNEY DISEASE had WLS?

I am schedule for WLS surgery on May 16, but I have being diagnosed with CRONIC HYDRONEPHROSIS, or UNILATERAL OBSTRUCTIVE UROPATHY occurs when the kidney produces urine in the normal manner but the urine cannot drain out of the ureter into the bladder because of an obstrution. Urine backs-up into the kidney and causes distention of the renal pelvis and calyces(hydronephrosis). Left kidney only. I am so affraid the will cancel my surgery. Please someone send me an answer if you have one, Thank You.
