Generally, how long before getting a response from obesitylaw.com-Walter Lindstrom

I can only imagine how swamped Mr Lindstrom's office is. I sent an e-mail via his website & also left a voicemail message about a week ago. I'm concerned only because I was just denied surgery about 10 days ago & I'm in limbo now. Should I expect a response within the next week or month or does it take longer due to his caseload?
