Are they good about paying?

I have coverage through them and I was looking for someone else out there who may have had insurance through them when their surgery was done.. I have been searching and have seen every other insurer out there except for them. If anyone has any experience with them please let me know! Also can you tell me if they are going to be a pain about the whole deal.. Thanks in advance!
