Trouble with SRVG ring

Thanks first of all to anyone who can help! I had my SRVG in August of 2001. I did fine at first, but now I am 7 months out and vomiting daily. It started at 5 months even with liquids - I finally got the doctor to send me to an upper G.I. doctor who stretched the ring. It had shrunk to the size of a pencil lead - he stretched to the size of a drinking straw. Within 4 weeks, it happened again and I landed in the ER on Easter! Had to stay until the next day. Has anyone else had trouble with their ring and what did you do? Did it have to be removed? I don't want to take it out, but I don't want to vomit every day either. Some days can't even keep water down. Thanks again!
