Aetna Surgeons in Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Hi all, I am new here, but have been overweight most of my adult life. With the exception of the 4 years I spent in the Marine Corps. I am trying to find a WLS in the DFW area that is on my plan. My book doesn't list any specifically. Also, if any of you wouldn't mind sharing what your out of pocket expenses were I would appreciate it.
