I have a question about the stitches and incision. I have a huge apron of

skin that hangs from my belly. When they do the incision and staples, will my incision open up from being pulled down with my sagging apron belly? One of my friends asked me this as I am pre op waiting for insurance approval and I was wondering if anyone had a problem with this and how to avoid your stitches from pulling open. Thank you.
