Can anyone give me info on Dr. Burleson

I have checked the comments board on this doctor. My appointment with him is next week and I got 1 negative e-mail regarding him from a different website and was hoping to hear from people who've either had surgery with him or know anything about him. Thank you for any help you can give me.
