How long does Pacific Bariatric take to get a date?

I have recently seen my surgeon, Dr. Rumsey and I was wondering how long after you have completed the 3 different appointments does it take to to hear back from PB regarding your surgery date? Im also wondering..from the date that PB called you to give your surgery date, how long after that was your surgery? Thanks Guys..Your all great!!! Cheri
