Is there anyone who has a WLS friendly PCP who takes UHC?

I have an appointment 1/29/2 @8:10 am with my PCP to talk to him about my plans to have WLS and I have a feeling he is not going to be supportive and write me a letter. I have United Healthcare and I live in Dallas,TX so if anyone has a WLS friendly PCP please let me know. Thank you. Teena Adler Pre-op and waiting 5'6 300
