Has anyone ever been turned down for the roux-en-y for having a lap nissen done.

I had a lap nissen done to repair a hiatia hernia. Has any one been turned down for the roux-en-y surgery after having this procedure done? or is this something the surgeon will have to determine after they maybe do a cat scan to see how much of the stomach is involved? Please let me know
